Sweet E’s “the mini bake shop” isn’t your run of the mill sweet stop. Founded in 2009, Sweet E’s is base on the concept of mini sized cupcakes and treats that can be completely customized- from frosting colors to decorations, company logos and even pictures. Erica Tucker, a Texan native, grew up helping her Grandmother in the kitchen. This led to her passion for baking and made her the “go-to girl” for sweet treats during her time at the University of Texas in Austin. With dreams of Hollywood, she moved to Los Angeles after college and her baking reputation preceded her, so she founded Sweet E’s. Her menu includes classic cupcakes like Red Velvet that has such a rich, yet soft cream cheese icing it feels like you’re biting into a cloud. And she also has created innovative flavors like Snickerdoodle and Cookie Dough.
