Snap, crackle, krunch? That will be the phrase on everyone’s lips after they try Milk & Krunchies gourmet rice crispy treats. In 2007 Melissa Tong Cooper and Kathleen Takushi witnessed the cupcake a
nd yogurt crazes in Los Angeles and realized that something was missing. Melissa was practicing law but had baked different flavors of rice crispy treats since she was a child and combined with that being Kathleen’s favorite snack growing up and her returning to LA from the Parson’s School of Design- Milk & Krunchies was born.

Melissa and Kathleen make sure that each flavor is unique and innovative. The PB & J Sandwich flavor was created to satisfy Melissa’s love of PB & J sandwiches- especially strawberry jelly. This flavor is made like a regular sandwich, the peanut butter rice crispy treats are the bread and there’s a layer sensational strawberry jelly in between. Each bit is like re-living your favorite after school snack time with an extra sugar rush! Kathleen’s love for peanut butter and chocolate made the Peanut Buttercup a no brainer- and the toffee flavor is amazing with coffee. It has the perfect amount of smoothness and crunch that will make you ditch that old biscotti forever. As a special throwback, they are also launching an Old Skool flavor that is an original rice crispy treat with all of its marshmellowy goodness. Even though you didn’t just jump off that yellow schoolbus, Milk & Krunchies will make you feel like a kid again.
